Two little angels.

Our ward had a little christmas pageant and the girls were angels.
I put them in some of my white shirts and made little halo's for their heads.
They looked so cute, and we had a great fun time.
My little Clara was darling, but I have to say,
she was more of a little devil.
She was distracting through the whole program, and kept running off of the risers to come and talk to me.
She had fun though, and that's all that really matters........right?

Abbey got to sit on Santa's lap (Clara would have nothing to do with that nonsense). She asked him for something different then what she asked Santa at the school. I am sure Santa is pretty confused about what to get her for christmas, since she can't stick to one thing.

This is about how the night went.
Abbey, was sweet. Smiling and singing.
Clara, was clowning around as usual.

We loaded up the car with goodies, and our beloved
Aunt Connie
And set off for good ole Mt Graham

We did some hiking

And kept an eye out......

For some pretty fall foliage.

Then we came home and made a pretty wreath to hang on our door.
Sorry, wreath not pictured.
P.S. You are probably wondering why we did a fall wreath in december.......it actually happened early november, that's just how behind I am. Maybe I will post christmas pictures around

Anne Geddes?

My mom babysits Clara, and my nephew Bradley, while my sis-in-law and I work. There have been some good battles fought between these two while at Granny's house, and sometimes they can really get into it. Luckily they have been getting used to each other, and they are becoming good little buddies. They get into all kinds of mischief together, and here is an example of one. They kind of look like the little Anne Geddes babies with their little booties in the air.

Parade

Abbey has been taking dance lessons from the Safford Dance Academy. They had a little float in the Fair Parade this month, and Abbey got to ride it! She was SO excited! She loved every second of it, and waved and waved as the float road by us. Sorry her eyes are closed in this picture........

Working hard

I was sitting at my mom's table the other day and this is what I saw:

My mom, working hard......or hardly working, I don't know but it doesn't really matter. Isn't she so cute?

Then I looked over and this is what I saw:
Like Granny, like Granddaughter......

Those little rascals!!

I don't know about anyone else, but when I put my kids to bed, and it gets really quiet, I assume that my children are sound asleep in their beds...........I must say, this is not always the case! Here is proof.

Exhibit A:

This is my sweet and innocent little Abbey. Notice the red marks on her face. What could it be? I have no idea.........wait a minute.......isn't that some of mommies lipstick? I say we check out the next little rascal to see if we can find more evidence as to what exactly is going on here.

Exhibit B:

YEP!!! I would say that is mommies lipstick!!!! I guess Clara wasn't so sweet and innocent after all, she got into my lipstick and decided to go crazy....and of course she shared with her big sister. Those little stinkers!

Spa Day!

My grandma has 3 sisters. Every year they all get together and have sister week. They do lots of fun things, and just spend quality time together. Well, Leslie and I decided that it was a great idea and started our own sister day. This was our second annual sister day, and I have no idea how we will ever be able to top it. (Sorry Connie, when you are older you will be invited.......and also, we will eventually somehow incorporate the sisters-in-law.......Jamie and Valerie). So, Leslie and I spent a day at a spa!! It was awesome! We went to a place called Touch of Tranquility, and we were there for 6 hours! We got a steam bath, a facial, a manicure, lunch, and a massage!! My favorite was the facial. We even got to drink cucumber water all day. I had no idea that anything could be so fantastic! This is us right before we started, we were so excited and full of life, but by the end we were so relaxed and felt a little greasy with all of the oils they used. It was fabulous, wonderful, and amazing. I think that everyone should have a day at the spa at least once in their life.

Pamela Pear

So, I have been working full days since Cindi (the other lady in our office) decided to go on a Cruise for 10 days. I usually only work until 1 pm, and then I have the rest of the afternoon with the girls. Needless to say, working so much, has been a little stressful for me, since I am not used to that. My boss noticed, and the other day said, "You should go take a jog around the block." Luckily, I had my workout clothes in my car, so I quickly changed, and did as he said. It was great. The next day, I noticed a pear tree outside of our office, and asked my boss if I could go pick a pear. He knew that this would be good for moral, so he sent me out the door to pick a pear! I got this cute little pear, and it made me so happy, that we had to take a picture together. Her name is Pamela Pear. We were friends for a couple days, until I decided to eat her today. She was quite tasty. If you are thinking that I have lost my mind, well then, you are probably right.

Clara's long day!

So, my baby brother Daniel got married September 3rd, and no, I don't have any pictures of them yet, but when I get some, I will post. They turned out really cute, they just aren't online yet. Anyway, Clara went with me up to Mesa the night before the wedding (Abbey had school, so she stayed home with Daddy) and we were up late decorating. I don't think poor little Clara got to sleep until about 11 pm. She did really good though.

After the wedding ceremony we had a luncheon. It turned out so yummy. Nacho bar for the win! I ate way too much. Here is little Clara enjoying one of her favorite meals. She calls it French Fries and Creams. It is Tortilla chips with sour cream. I had to get a picture of her with the sour cream all over her face.

Finally, after cleaning up after the luncheon, we were on our way home. Everyone was so exhausted. We had a movie for Clara, and here she is with her little headphones on. She crashed after the first five minutes. Poor thing. But, she really was a good little girl the whole time. Not a lot of complaining.

Makeover's

Our roommate, Cami, gave Abbey a make-up kit for her birthday. So, for family home evening we all did makeover's on each other. I have no idea how doing makeover's can be spiritual, but we had a blast.

Abbey, all dolled up.

Clara looking lovely.

They insisted on doing my make-up as well.

I love it when they can be friends!

Special Delivery

My brother Daniel is getting married next week!!! I was at my mom's the other day, and noticed some of the neighbors invitations hadn't been delivered. Abbey was still at school, so Clara and I hopped into the golf cart and went delivering. Clara was so excited, so I just gave her the invite, and told her to go knock on the door. Every time someone would answer the door, she would give them the invitation and say, "Who are you?". Of course they thought she was the cutest thing, and so did I.

Kindergarten

Abbey has finally started kindergarten. Her teacher is Mrs. Stone. She LOVES kindergarten, and she is already learning so much. She gets to ride Grannies bus home everyday, which she also thinks is fabulous.

Clara

This is my second daughter, her name is Clara Floreine. She is such a funny girl! We have a lot of fun together, and she is always making me laugh. She has a good, kind heart, and loves to share.....if you ask nicely of course.

Can you believe that she is potty trained?!?! I am so proud of her, and thankful that she is saving me money on diapers! What a thoughtful little girl!

Me and Clara just playin around. What a little Cutie Pie.

Abbey

This is Abbey Mae, she is my oldest. She is creative, and fun to be around. She is very strong willed, which I have been told will be good for her in the future. She is smart, loving, and helps out with her little sister often.

Abbey and Mommy.

Abbey graduated from Pre-school in May!! I was a proud Mama! She was a student at the Early Bird Pre-school. We loved her teachers, and she did a really great job. She is so excited for kindergarten in August. I just want to cry!! I can't believe she is going to school!

Going on walks.

We love to go on walks as much as possible! It is great exercise, and fun bonding time. Our two favorite places to go, are to the post office, and the park. Today we went to the park, and many things happened. I found 6 cents, Clara peed her pants, and Abbey got a bloody nose. Every day is an adventure with the three princesses.

The Three Princesses

This is my family. Me, and two little princesses, Clara (2), and Abbey (4).
